Our club runs on the back of our volunteers (that’s you) and we are always on the lookout for more people to help out. Whether it’s helping out as a team manager, trying out your coaching skills or joining the committee to help plan the future of the club – we definitely need you, and if you’re interested please get in touch.
Team Managers
TMs are responsible for the overall admin of a team which enables the coach to concentrate on coaching and training. TMs are the liaison between the team, coach, parents and Club.
Coaches
Every team needs a coach. Whether you’re an experienced coach or a beginner, MLBC supports our coaches through training and support from our development coaches.
MLBC Committee
Our committee members are responsible for all the day-to-day operations of the club. We have a wide range of roles and always looking for new people to bring into the group.
Anything!
We’re always on the lookout for people to help with one-off events, extra training sessions or just generally helping out.
